Ticket Buyers
- What is an eTicket?
- An eTicket is a unique ID which can be used to gain entrance to an event. It can hold more than 1 ticket and can be used in whole or part until it expires or has been used. eTickets are delivered onscreen, via SMS and email. Printed tickets are available for some events.
Buying tickets is easy:
- Select your event and tickets
- Pay via EFT, Instant EFT, Credit Card or Ukash. More information?
- Bring your eTicket ID, preferably on your phone, to the entrance
Don't share your eTicket ID with people you don't trust. If you do, ensure they know how many tickets they can use. We might not be able to recover lost or stolen ticket IDs in time and we generally don't "reissue" tickets without "repayment". Take a chance, we might be able to help. - How can I pay?
